The second New Year’s Eve The second time!
January 13th is the last day of the year according to the Julian calendar used by the Eastern Churches.
Therefore, in eastern Poland, especially in the Podlasie region today is celebrated New Year’s Eve. The second time! The first was of course on 31th of December.
